Lot of roofing repairs going on in my neighborhood and now I know why. Have a look at this current pic of my house:
Perhaps I’m exaggerating. But it has been determined by the roofing yayhoos that I do indeed have a leak. They patched the leak today, but there is some obvious damage in my bathroom to the ceiling. Ol' girl at the property management office assured me that it is indeed the homeowners association's responsibility to fix it, but...I'll believe it when I see it.
Fingers crossed! Will keep you updated.
